Yuga is one of the most vegetarian friendly restaurants in town. The menu boasts innovative veggie rolls like the Avocado Crunch with crispy wontons and the Korean Tofu with kimchi. But when you’re on a meatless kick and you want something warm, the Vegetable Red Curry ($11.95) is the perfect way to add heat to your belly in a delicious manner. A fragrant mix of bok choy, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, bell peppers, spinach, and onion are simmered in a red curry broth. Promise you’ll be licking your plate clean even though the portions are sizable, and ordering it again on your next visit.
