As Miami heads into Art Week, celebs are flocking to South Florida, and activations are taking place all over the city. Recently, former Vice President Kamala Harris promoted her book with an appearance at the Adrienne Arsht Center, and prominent figures like Jamie Foxx and Larsa Pippen partied around town.
