Who says Halloween is a kids’ holiday? Certainly not local residents.

If you’re an adult looking to dress up in a skimpy costume and gorge yourself on some spiked witch’s brew then Miami is the city for you. Though, if you’re a kid in town and want to go trick-or-treating, tough luck. Not only is it particularly dangerous, but the candy you get might not be worth it.

LivingSocial polled more than 4,000 American families on the topic of All Hallows’ Eve with the help of Mandala Research.

Miami takes top spot for “The Five Best Party Cities for Adults on Halloween,” which shouldn’t be much of a surprise considering we’d probably win first place for best party city for adults. Period. Orlando, NYC, Atlanta and Tampa Bay fill out the rest of the list.

Kids however don’t have as much fun. Miami also took top spot for “The Five Most Dangerous Cities for Trick or Treating” as self-reported by residents. We’re followed by NYC, Atlanta, Houston and San Francisco.

Despite the dangerous conditions, kids also tend to get stiffed on the treats. We’re third for “Five Stingiest Cities for Candy.”

Though, if you’d like to reverse that trend, here’s America’s favorite Halloween candy:
