Last year, it was a $5.6-million IRS tax debt. Last month, it was a $20-million “Lollipop” lawsuit settled out of court. Today, it’s a $400,000 judgment for not popping bottles at a Las Vegas nightclub.

Lil Wayne and his Canadian BFF, Drake, have been ordered to fork over $432,337.50 to Imperial Entertainment Group for allegedly bailing on a 2011 performance. But according to TMZ, the hip-hop megastar and former wheelchair-bound star of Degrassi: The Next Generation are doing everything they can to reverse the judgment.

“Drake and Lil Wayne allege that IEG used a third party to book them — Melanzh Enterprises — which they claim had no authority to book them,” TMZ reports.

$30,000

The YMCMB legal team filed court documents that claim Weezy and Drizzy were unaware of the alleged booking. Moreover, the rappers claim that there wasn’t a signed contract. Plus, Wayne and Drake also suggest that they were never served with papers to show up in court.

Despite all this legal drama, Tunechi and his buddy didn’t let the looming judgment ruin their Memorial Day weekend.

Drake was in Miami over the weekend, kicking it with Rihanna at LIV on Sunday night. And according to Media Takeout, the two had that “we fucked” energy between them.

Meanwhile, Weezy dropped by Marlins Park to catch the Fish take on the San Francisco Giants. “At the Marlins game and Ozzie Guillen just holla’d at me…dope!” Wayne tweeted. And the Marlins went onto beat the Giants 5-3.
