Well, looking deliver on their promise of an “an all the way live weekend,” Jazz in the Gardens and mayor Oliver Gilbert have just added human “Stress Reliever” and pop-hop loverboy Ne-Yo as well as R&B diva Monica (AKA “Miss Thang”) to JIG’s 2013 lineup.

UPDATE JIG has also added Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds and Fantasia.
