What that means in your glass is the chance to taste nine boutique and hard-to-find wines, generously poured, for a mere $25. Among them are the 2006 vintages of Chalk Hill Cabernet Sauvignon and Conte Brandolini Vistorta Merlot, both of which would certainly make a thick, juicy, rare-cooked steak go down a whole lot easier.
