I really do not get all that excited by woman’s shoes or following the footsteps of the beat. So fashionistas, please excuse me for being late to this. However, I can not let this new information enter my consciousness with commenting on it.
Chanel is selling a friggin’ pair of shoes with a pistol in place of the heels dubbed the “Miami Vice” heel, which debuted at their recent South Beach resort collection ’09 show.
City leaders concerned with our image may not be thrilled we’re the obvious town to associate with handguns, but OMG, someone needs to get knockoffs of these things in the Mall of Americas ASAP so they can grace Miami’s finest strip club stages stat!
(Oh, and PS, Madonna wore them to the NY premier of her little directorial debut, and some British anti-violence people are pissed, but whatever, they are SHOES with GUN heels. They are so cheesily amazing.)
