Okay, trendoids, don’t be letting any xanthan gum grow under your feet or you’ll miss “An Evening of Sweet and Savory Molecular Gastronomy: Room 4 Dessert Popup Miami.” If that sounds like the hottest thing since Parmesan foam, well, the Saturday, April 2, dinner does feature molecular gastronomist and chef Will Goldfarb, plus chefs Kurtis Jantz, Jeremiah Bullfrog and Alberto Cabrera, turning out dishes that are definitely not fried calamari, all paired with wines chosen by sommeliers Vivian Lebierman and Barry Alberts.
