The new Muppets movie, Muppets Most Wanted hit theaters this weekend. You’d better enjoy it (you will) because Kermit the Frog is probably going to take a little time away from the spotlight after our disaster of an interview with him.
Kermit is something of a hero to us here at New Times. It was from him, after all, that we learned that while it’s okay to be naked most of the time, you should always put on at least a trench coat when interviewing people.
Maybe he taught us a little bit too much because our line of questioning took him to places he did not seem prepared to go. Watch what happened and then please forgive us. At least the Fraggles aren’t ruined for you yet?
