He’s soooo faboolus. That would be fabulous Fabio Viviani, Top Chef season five fave and California chef-restaurateur, who’ll visit Coral Gables’ Miracle Theatre Thursday, August 25, to work all kinds of cheffy miracles on popcorn to be washed down with Prosecco (Italian bubbly) during a screening of the Audrey Hepburn classic Roman Holiday. The event is free, but there is one catch. Because the event is sponsored by Santa Margherita wines, you have to register on the winery’s Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/SantaMargherita. But that’s a small price to pay for an evening of faboolusness.
