Brother Jimmy’s BBQ headed for Brickell.
Brother Jimmy’s BBQ in Brickell won’t be open for another few weeks, but they want to introduce themselves to their new neighbors by throwing an Independence Day party today — and you’re invited.
From 4 to 10 p.m., this New York transplant will host a block party in front of Mary Brickell Village in celebration of our nation’s birthday — and the grand old tradition of barbecuing meat in honor of our independence from tyranny.
Enjoy a complimentary pig roast and free Sailor Jerry rum cocktails like
the backyard tea and the rockabilly lemonade. Feeling a little more
traditional? There’s nothing more American than cracking open a cold
Budweiser — also available.
A party’s not a party without music,
so Brother Jimmy’s has flown in two of New Orleans best bands. Rockin
Dopsie Jr. and the Zydeco Twisters will bring their southern sounds to
Brickell.
Brother Jimmy’s is also inviting people to tour the new restaurant, so
you can be the first kids on the block to get a glimpse of one of the
new barbeque restaurants opening in Miami. Sounds like the new neighbor
is a pretty generous guy.
