68. Organic Microgreen Salad at Paradise Farms

Most readers by now know about Gabriele Marewski’s idyllic Paradise Farms and the wondrous outdoor dinners held there from winter through spring of each year. Just about every dinner, regardless of which star chefs are at the helm, includes some sort of salad culled from organic microgreens, herbs, fruits, edible flowers and so forth, fresh from the farm’s rich soil. There are still three dinners to go this season:
