The "classic Italian" cuisine includes pastas that range from $10 to $16, with most fish and meat entrees under $20. Every weekday from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., the restaurant is offering a three-course pre fixe menu for just $15.95.
Tabbed as "the first Intracoastal waterfront dining experience in North Miami Beach", RACKS Italian Bistro And Market will finally and officially open to the public on Monday, May 4th. This 4,000 sqare foot, indor-outdoor "European-style new-age bistro", "Italian-influenced marketplace", and "romantic old-world Italian bar" promises to add up to an "urban chic Italian enoteca". Executive chef is Matthew Danaher (former chef of Vic & Angelo's); owner is Gary Rack (proprietor of Boca Raton's Coal Mine Pizza). RACKS will be open seven days a week for brunch, lunch and dinner from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday, and 11:00 a.m. to midnight on Sundays. The restaurant is located at the Intracoastal Mall, 163rd Street and N.E. 36th Avenue, North Miami Beach (305-917-7225).
