They say third time's the charm, and with Spris opening its third location in midtown today, the Graspa Group will certainly be hitting a successful trifecta. The Lincoln Road location has been a staple for 15 years, so to celebrate, the neighborhood restaurant is inviting the public to its grand-opening party at Spris Pizza Midtown tonight from 6 to 9. And yep, there will be free pizza for everyone!

After opening Spris' downtown location in September, Graspa Group head Graziano Sbroggio wasted no time finding the restaurant's next location.
"We've won over Miami Beach and downtown Miami residents and tourists alike, and of course, all the Miami residents who play and party in South Beach and downtown. Now those who work and play in midtown have a place where they can enjoy a superb selection of beers and wines along with a casual yet gourmet meal," he says.
Lately, it seems like everyone wants to be in midtown, and we don't blame them. With great places like Blackbrick, Bocce Bar, and Salumeria 104 (also from the Graspa Group), midtown is a culinary haven. Sbroggio agrees: "Midtown is the new area where young professionals live, work, and go out. Besides all the residents, there are many offices, and the retail businesses also bring a variety of perspective clients that may look for a healthy food choice yet at an affordable price."
The menu is the same as the one at the downtown location, and there's plenty to choose from. There are even vegetarian options and a choice of gluten-free dough. One of our favorite menu items is the Marco Polo salad, which mixes Thai-spiced chicken with napa cabbage, cucumber, crispy wontons, and Oriental chili dressing ($12).

Moreover, Spris (pronounced sprees) in midtown will fuse the quality of products from its original Lincoln Road outpost with fast-casual service. "Customer service and attention is one of our focuses, as well as the selection of fresh ingredients. It's the perfect choice for the diner that has little time but doesn't want to compromise on good food," Sbroggio says.
Indoor and outdoor seating is offered, so you can people-watch like you do on Lincoln Road. So if you've been living under a rock and never had Spris before, head to the grand opening tonight. There will be complimentary pizza samples and other delicious bites, along with a toast to the new member of the Spris family.
