Forbes' annual 30 Under 30 North America list has just been published for 2025, and out of the dozens of founders, thought leaders, and even social media influencers featured on this year's list, one man stands out to New Times the most: 29-year-old Vasu Goyal.
Goyal, who is currently based out of Miami, is the founder of Dose, a food and beverage company that creates organic wellness shots and liquid supplements designed to boost liver, skin, and immune health and alleviate muscle soreness,.
Dose is currently headquartered in Miami. Although it runs under a small team, the company currently has two active job listings on LinkedIn as of Tuesday, December 3.
According to its website, Dose's organic wellness shots combine clinically researched ingredients to "functionally support a healthier body."
The company states that it works with a scientific team with decades of experience in naturopathic medicine to ensure each ingredient in its products is at the optimal level of quantity. Dose even boldly claims, "One Dose for your liver is equivalent to 17 cold-pressed turmeric shots."
A description on its main website continues, "The ingredients in each shot are combined in the optimal dosages to benefit the liver, skin, immune system, or muscles. Working with a scientific team with decades of experience in naturopathic medicine, we are setting a new standard for how better-for-you products deliver functional benefits."
Although their claims aren't specifically backed on the website (references and links are backing their claims), the company lists its "Scientific Advisors" as Dr. Ghanshyam Patel, the head scientist of Tirupati Research, Kiran Bhupathiraju, CEO of Laila Nutraceuticals, and Dr. Ramesh Garg, its toxicology consultant.
Dose was formulated by the experts at Tirupati Research Group based out of India.
Goyal founded Dose in honor of his grandfather who struggled with cholesterol and liver issues.
After immigrating from India, Goyal attended college at Michigan State University where he received a B.A./B.S. degree. He then attended law school at the University of La Verne, a private university north of Chino Hills in California.
Upon graduating, he made the move to pursue entrepreneurship and was especially inspired when he realized he could get more efficacious ingredients for people with health needs through a simple daily shot.
He then moved to sunny Miami, Florida, where he has moved the headquarters of Dose.
Today, his glass-bottled shots filled with zinc, elderberry, and ginger are sold on Amazon, at Sprouts, and at other health-conscious retail locations, including 1 Hotels.
