of the Capital Grille Miami is the dude behind the line. He prepared a five-course presentation of the plates they're offering for their five-courses-for-$49 promotion as part of a pairing with Castello Banfi Tuscan winemakers.

I'm not a food reviewer, I shoot pictures and make movies, but I will say this black truffle mac 'n' cheese was awesome. It had a killer aftertaste. Click here to find out more about the Capital Grille.
