If you haven't been to one of Eleanor Hoh's local Wok Star cooking classes, here's your opportunity to get some valuable tips on wok cooking in your own home -- for free.
Hoh, who doesn't refer to herself as a chef, has a simple philosophy when it comes to cooking: A good, healthful meal can be prepared quickly and with minimal mess.
Holding regularly scheduled demonstrations in Miami, Hoh gives attendees tips and knowledge they can take home and incorporate into their everyday cooking. The classes are $65, including wine and food.
If you can forgo the interaction (and meal), Hoh is holding her first
live online cooking show tomorrow at 6:30 p.m. The class is
part of a series of Google+ cooking classes organized by Caribbean chef
Larry Fournillier.
During the live class, Hoh will teach online
students how to cook a meal in less than 30 minutes using a wok, a few
ingredients, and four seasonings.
To watch the online demonstration, visit hangoutnetworks.com tomorrow at 6:30 p.m. and become a wok star in your own home.
