Back in August, one of Miami's most prized barbecue spots launched a Tuesday smash burger pop-up in Kendall that instantly went viral. Today, the news gets even better — they just launched another pop-up, but this time it'll be available every day of the week.

Lala's Burgers by Apocalypse BBQ opens this Friday, November 8, at Lincoln's Beard Brewing Co. located at 7360 SW 41 St.

Once only available at Apocalypse BBQ down in Kendall every Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., the new pop-up will allow fans of its viral, cheesy, and perfectly crisp smash burgers to snag them any day of the week in the heart of Miami. Yes, that even includes Sundays.

News of the Lincoln's Beard pop-up in South Miami (near Westchester and Tropical Park) quickly spread like wildfire on Instagram, with comments ranging from "I’ll be there at 10 a.m. waiting in line for ya to open at 4 p.m.!" to "Oh my God. I need to go."

What Will Be on the Lincoln's Beard Menu?

Lala's Burgers' menu in Kendall launched with three smash burgers, French fries, and a chocolate chip cookie. According to Burger Beast, since the pop-up was so new, he expected the menu to evolve and grow over the next few weeks — and boy, was he right.

Lala's now has a rotating menu of burgers that change every month, in addition to the OGs.

Throughout the month of November, guests can expect the "Lala Smash" ($12), made with a five-ounce patty, American cheese, grilled onions, "Lala Sauce," and house pickles; the "Classic Smash" ($12), with a five-ounce patty, American cheese, onions, the house pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, and the OG sauce; and the "Maxwell Smash" ($16) which packs a five-ounce patty, American cheese, queso frito, chopped pepperoni, and hot honey aioli.

All burgers can be made a double for an additional $4, and guests can get fries on the side for $6. For a sweet treat, Lala's also offers a chocolate chip cookie for $3.50.

For those unfamiliar with Apocalypse, the barbecue spot owned by Jeff Budnechky and his wife, Lala (who the burger pop-up is named after), has a reputation for its outstanding burgers. One of the most popular burgers at Apocalypse is the "Jefe Smash," a burger made of juicy brisket and short rib patty, which is pressed onto a hot griddle for that smash burger crisp and a thick, meaty bite. It's then topped with American cheese, grilled onions, and "Jefe Sauce" before being nestled between Martin's potato bun.

It was only a matter of time before its smash burgers got to shine on their own.
