Door Restaurant at The Delano will be morphing into Blue Door Fish come early

next month. Claude Troisgros, the hotel's vaunted executive

chef/consultant-from-afar (he lives in Rio de Janeiro), has conceived

and composed the new menu, which has been a year in the works. The

room has undergone a redesign to pair with the seafood slant. We've

put in a call to the Delano, and will update with more details as

soon as we hear back.
