Fogo de Chão Opens in Downtown Dadeland

On Thursday, March 6, the community celebrated the opening of Fogo de Chão in Downtown Dadeland, directly across from Dadeland Mall in Kendall. The evening highlighted Fogo's signature open-air churrasco grill, allowing guests a front-row view as Brazilian gaucho chefs skillfully prepared and grilled premium cuts of meat over an open flame.

Fogo de Chão Dadeland has an all-day happy hour at the bar where guests can enjoy $10 Brazilian-inspired cocktails, $8 glasses of South American wines, and $5 beer daily in the dining room, patio, and indoor bar. Weekday lunch features the "Market Table & Feijoada Bar," which offers a selection of seasonal salads, charcuterie, exotic fruit, and superfoods with Brazilian sides for $18 per person, with the option to add a fire-roasted cut, as well as the popular "Full Churrasco Experience." The "Full Churrasco Experience" is a prix-fixe menu with continuous tableside service of fire-roasted meats alongside various sides and salads, all prepared by Brazilian gaucho chefs. Dinner offered daily, features the same options.

Weekend brunch combines the "Full Churrasco Experience" with Brazilian-inspired brunch favorites like braised beef rib hash and made-to-order waffles and omelets. Fogo Dadeland offers complimentary dining for children six and under, and children seven to twelve dine at half-price for the "Full Churrasco Experience." Self-parking and valet are available daily. 8815 SW 72nd Pl., Miami; 305-563-5099; fogodechao.com.
