I guess we are suckers for any Golden Girls related election videos (and since the show took place in Miami it’s totally relevant to our local community).
Anyway, this one uses some video editing voodoo magic to make the words of candidates come out of the characters’ speaking holes. The casting is pretty dead on: John McCain as the cranky senior Sophia, Hillary Clinton as the slightly masculine Dorothy, George W. Bush as the “is she really that dumb?” Rose, Sarah Palin as the divisive debutant Blanche, and Barack Obama as the one black person the show had on in its 7 year run.
