If you actually are prone to panic and anxiety attacks, being booked into jail may actually be an appropriate time to drop some Xanax. Of course, the process of smuggling Xanax into jail may not actually be worth it.
Casey Leigh Cranfield, a 28-year-old resident of Punta Gorda, Florida, was booked into jail on Monday on charges of violating her probation. Officers discovered that while in jail Cranfield popped a Xanax, but weren’t quite sure how she got it into the cell in the first place.

So they ordered a strip search, and we’ll just let the press release take it away:

During the search, deputies located a 2½ inch Tylenol pill bottle in her vagina. The detective said the pill bottle contained eight Xanax and two unidentifiable pills that were sent to FDLE for positive identification.

Cranfield refused to explain the findings with out an attorney president, but was charged with Introduction of Contraband into a Detention Facility, Possession of Xanax without a Prescription, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Cranfield also has racked up seven previous drug charges, and remains in jail with no bond.
