As if things couldn’t get worse for ex-NFLer Chad Johnson, Santa delivered some coal in his stocking on Christmas day in the form of pictures taken from a leaked sex time posted online. Johnson, who was kicked off the Dolphins roster this fall after a high profile domestic violence arrest, has now fired back by filing suit against the two websites.
Both World Star Hiphop and Media Take Out, two of the internet’s greatest treasures, posted pictures from a sex tape allegedly shot three years ago in which Johnson, then known as Chad Ochocinco, engaged in sexy time with two women. The three, by the way, weren’t the only ones in the room.
Both websites took the pictures down after Johnson quickly fired a cease and desist order. He claimed that the tape had been stolen from him.
Though he once said that he’d enter the porn world if he was cut from the Dolphins, it appears he isn’t cool with that particular business being made public after all.
According to TMZ however, Johnson’s lawyers claim that the damage was already done. So now he’s suing.
In other Ochocinco-related news, while he was spotted out in public recently with his ex-wife Evelyn Lozada, she wants you to know in no uncertain terms that the two are not back together.
