It seems that it’s a universal law that local news anchors cannot say the word “penis” on air without things turning wildly unprofessional. While this latest local example isn’t anywhere near as bizarre as the “So, she’s enjoying the penis a bit more, is she?” viral sensation out of New Orleans, it still proves the law.
CBS4 was doing a segment on sex injuries (which apparently happen in unusual places and positions… pffft amateurs) when anchor Antonio Mora mentions that one of the leading maladies is “fractured penises.” After that, Mora and co-anchor Shannon Hori just lose it. We’re just surprised Mora doesn’t crack up every time he has to refer to his co-anchor as “Hori.” Video after the jump, via SFLTV.
