Best to show up early at Culture Room in Fort Lauderdale tonight to catch two local acts prior to Dallas/Fort Worth product the Rocket Summer‘s headlining set. Aside from the fact that a gaggle of fans will already be settled in to see and hear Stephen Bryce Avery in all of his dreamy glory performing “Walls” and other emotive pop-punk gems from his recently released Of Men and Angels, two local bands of a similar ilk are worth your time.
We are referring to Fort Lauderdale‘s New City Lions and West Palm Beach’s Easton played at the TopSpot USA showcase we attended and reviewed earlier this month. This show is bound to be a hot topic. Hee hee.
Doors open at 7 p.m. and get some tickets here.
