Fuacata! Spam Allstars are getting it in tonight at their weekly residency at Hoy Como Ayer in the heart of Little Havana alongside Rumberos De La 8, a bangin’ Miami percussion group with members from Cuba and Puerto Rico produced by DJ Le Spam. Doors open at 9 p.m. and ladies get in free til 10:30 p.m.
You can also catch the Rumberos on the radio tomorrow, Friday night from 7 – 8 p.m. on WDNA 88.9 FM playing and talking about their music for Sound Theory Live with Carlos Garcia.
Later Friday night catch the Allstars playing Bardot til the early hours for a $10 cover. DJ Mr. Brown will be in the house with Afro-Cuban vinyl rhythms.
