If you’re looking for a Biscayne Bay-facing condo and have $4 million burning a hole in your pocket, Nicky Jam’s Miami residence is up for grabs.

Located at Elysee Miami in Edgewater, the three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom unit spans more than 3,100 square feet and is one of the building’s most distinctive properties. Unit 601 is the only residence — aside from the full-floor penthouse — that features a full-length balcony stretching across the building’s bay-facing façade.

The price tag? It originally hit the market a couple of months ago at $4.35 million and has since dropped to $3.695 million.

Nicky Jam, born Nick Rivera Caminero, is one of reggaeton’s most prominent names. After rising through the ’90s mixtape circuit and bouncing back with 2014’s “Voy a Beber” and “Travesuras,” he’s become a global Latin music force, known for hits like “El Perdón,” “Hasta el Amanecer,” and “El Amante.” His most recent album, Sunshine, dropped in February.

In Miami, beyond his musical footprint, he’s a brand. Delivery vans for his La Industria Bakery & Café, located in Downtown, can be spotted rolling around town with his face on the side.

The reggaeton star has made headlines for more than just music and real estate. Many might remember that in September of last year, he appeared onstage with Donald Trump at a Las Vegas rally wearing a red MAGA hat endorsing the now-president. Trump, in a blunder that quickly went viral, misgendered him. A month later, Nicky Jam publicly withdrew his endorsement via Instagram, citing disrespectful remarks made about Puerto Rico during a Trump rally at Madison Square Garden.

It is a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom unit.
