On January 25, the 2025 Pegasus World Cup will make its way to the starting gate at Gulfstream Park. Of course, there will be plenty of action on the racetrack, but Miami, let's be honest — you don't care about horse racing. You love an excuse to party. On that front, Pegasus certainly delivers.
Once again, Groot Hospitality and Palm Tree Crew, the latter of which recently opened a boutique hotel and restaurant in North Bay Village, will handle hospitality and entertainment at the race. This year's music headliners are South African DJ Black Coffee and EDM DJ/producer and Broward native Diplo. Country and pop singer-songwriter Dasha will also deliver a special live performance, which NBC and Peacock will broadcast on race day.
Last year's headliner was EDM powerhouse Calvin Harris, and in 2023, fans were treated to sets by One Republic and Kygo.
"This year, we're amplifying the vibe, energy, and luxury experience that make this event South Florida's must-attend celebration of sport and lifestyle. It's going to be bigger and better than ever — you won't want to miss it," said Myles Shear, cofounder of Palm Tree Crew, in a statement.
LIV, which falls under the Groot Hospitality umbrella, and Palm Tree Crew promise a trackside experience where everyone feels like a VIP. Tickets for the Palm Tree Crew with LIV VIP experience at the Carousel Club will include complimentary drinks and bites, as well as access to a trackside viewing area.
Meanwhile, the Flamingo Room will offer a premium dining experience. Guests can enjoy culinary delights from Groot Hospitality hot spots Gekkō, Komodo, Papi Steak, and Casadonna, along with a bird's-eye view of the track.
Tickets for the 2025 Pegasus World Cup cost $125 to $1,619, with individual VIP offerings available for the Carousel Club, Ten Palms, Flamingo Room, and the Garden at Carousel Club.
