Local indie rock band Modernage has just released a new music video for their new song “7/9/12” off of their soon-to-be-released EP Sirhan Sirhan. The song is classic Modernage punched up with an electronic beat. It reminds us a bit of The Postal Service, which is not a bad thing in our book.

It’s been over a year since their last release Strangers/This Song, so the EP is long overdue. And if you can get enough of the Miami quintet, they promise a full-length album before 2008 comes to an end.

Check out the “7/9/12” video plus a bonus video of the band’s 2007 interview with MTV3 after the jump.
