And since most of us have three days off, that means we have 72 hours to celebrate the start of a hot and steamy summer and party it up like college frat boys ... Meaning on the cheap.

Just check out the ten best things to do under $10 this weekend from hip-hop beats with Tony Touch at The Stage to free love at The Pickle to punk rock at Churchill's.

Tony Touch. With DJ Heron and Self Born. Friday, May 23, 10 p.m. The Stage, 170 NE 38th St., Miami; 305-576-9577; thestagemiami.com. Tony Touch is gonna cause you some intense ear damage. Not because of his killer hip-hop beats and smooth lyrical flow, but because the Surgeon General of Brooklyn, New York warns us that "the sounds [we're] about to hear will always be devastating to [our] ears." Party at your own risk.
