Loop Daddy won’t be bringing the chaos to Miami just yet.
Marc Rebillet has officially rescheduled his long-awaited Miami stop on the Places I’ve Never Played & Will Never Play Again tour after suffering a serious leg injury. The show, originally set for November 12 at ZeyZey, will now take place on Wednesday, February 18, 2026.
On November 9, Rebillet took to Instagram Stories from a hospital bed, revealing he “broke [his] leg pretty bad” — later clarifying that he had “basically split [his] shin in half” after a fall on his electric scooter/unicycle. While surgery is in the works and recovery is expected to take a few months, Rebillet assured fans he’s not canceling — just taking the time to heal and return at full force.
“I don’t want you to get a show that’s me not giving you my absolute best,” he wrote. “We’ve rescheduled the shows for February. Not cancelling!!”

Fans have rallied around the artist on social media and Reddit, where a post from his team said, “Our boy is going to get some much needed rest… Marc says love you all and thank you for the well wishes, we will teach everyone to play Quilts™️ very soon.”
Supporters chimed in with love: “We are always rooting for Marc, whether it’s smooth sailing or rough seas,” one fan wrote. Another simply added, “Feel better, legend!”
Rebillet, who rose to fame with his wild live-looping improv sets streamed from his apartment, has built a cult following with a genre-bending blend of funk, soul, hip-hop, and absurdist humor. Born in Dallas, based in NYC, and classically trained on piano since age four, he’s made waves online and onstage with his unpredictable, fully live performances.
Rebillet had just come off a performance in Phoenix, where he spoke to our sister publication Phoenix New Times about the cheeky title of his tour. “We basically wanted to make light of the fact that we are doing a tour that doesn’t involve playing New York, L.A., or Chicago,” he laughed. “We thought it would be tongue-in-cheek to create this character who is going around turning his nose down at these places and saying he’ll never play there again.”
Miami fans have waited nearly six years for his return. It’s just a few more months now, and with Rebillet promising to give it his all, it’ll be worth the wait.
