This information is “hella important” because it means millions of people will be hit in the face with joints like “Headballs,” “Things That Go Hump in the Night,” and “You’re on Fire.” Listeners will notice a similarity to the Beastie Boys and dear-departed colleague Wesley Willis in their delivery and production, but these oft-called “novelty artists” have made the leap to genuine hip-hop since their self-released 2001 debut, Sparkle Classic.
