It's common Italian/Mediterranean fare that's handled with an uncommon finesse. À la carte meats and seafoods are char-grilled or roasted in the wood-burning oven. Specials include New York strip, filet mignon, Florida grouper, salmon, and succulent sea scallops as munificent as marshmallows.
