St. Patrick is the patron saint of Ireland and will be feted across the globe next Tuesday, March 17, his annual feast day.

Miami will turn green to mark the occasion. Restaurants and bars throughout the Magic City will host special celebrations of Irish culture with plenty of food, drinks, and music.

Here are the best places to eat, imbibe, and wear green on St. Paddy’s Day. (All specials will be offered March 17 unless otherwise noted.)

Chef Fabio Trabocchi’s restaurant will debut the biweekly Fiola Mixology Series on St. Patrick’s Day. The Irish-themed Coral Gables institution John Martin’s is set to host a five-day celebration. The party will kick off at 6 p.m. Friday with an appearance by St. Patrick and performances by bagpipers and step dancers. Saturday, guests can enjoy live music by the Bridge beginning at 6 p.m. A family-friendly party from noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday will include face painting and pony rides and segue into an 8 p.m. open mike. On Monday, customers can take advantage of happy hour from 4 to 7 p.m., and at noon Tuesday, St. Paddy’s Day itself, a bagpiper will perform, and a DJ will spin tunes all day. Admission is free, and no reservations are required.
