Spuntino is the bakery and catering arm of a restaurant group that includes Spris on Lincoln Road, and Mai Tardi in the Design District.
They also run a breakfast and lunch joint at 1112 North Miami Ave.
Their hours fluctuate, but expect closed doors by around 3 p.m.
A four slice, butter, sugar, syruped French toast plate and a coffee costs 4 bucks.
Spuntino’s physical bakery is located a few miles north of the cafe. The chef on duty told us the bread used is called “french toast bread.”
