Chances are, your average line cook knows how to make a beurre blanc sauce, hates those coffee-filter chef’s hats, despises the waitstaff, and, more and more these days, has a few tattoos hiding under his or her chef whites. It seems many who work in the back and front of the house are inked. So we set off to document some of South Florida’s best restaurant tattoos and ask cooks and servers why they so often get tats.
