Saturday’s Grand Tasting Village was the usual bustle of good wine, great food, and celebrities mingling with fans on the beach.

The one thing different than other years is the addition of the Miami New Times Short Order Best Bites on the Beach award, where festival goers get to vote for the food that sends them to heaven at the Grand Tasting Village by texting their vote.

The votes have been tabulated and Saturday’s winning restaurant is Fix at Blue Moon Hotel in Miami Beach by quite a landslide.
