Today, the saga of the Shrimp Bandit has come to a close. When we last left you, we were hot on the trail of the elusive thief, ready to snare him in our nets like so many fisherman before. But this morning, the trail went cold. Our contacts hit dead end after dead end, and even when we thought we were the closest to catching him, he eluded our grasp. This morning I received a chilling communique from the bandit himself that put me at a loss. His message is clear: He can strike at will, laughing from the shadows as we scramble to gather the tattered remains of our meals.
