Every dinner we eat in Miami is arguably a dinner in paradise. Seriously, how lucky are we? But if you really want to make the most of the tropical wonderland we live in, Paradise Farms’ Dinner in Paradise series is an edible introduction to our own backyard.

The seasonal supper series kicks off its annual run this Sunday, November 17th, with a five-course meal from the trio of Jamie DeRosa of Tongue & Cheek; Todd Erickson of HaVen, and Lauren DeShields of Market 17. Think organic eats, fine wines, and a starry night sky above.

Guests of the evening affair will be greeted by Paradise Farm’s Gabriele Marewski, who’ll discuss her organic farming practices and methods. Diners will also enjoy a farm tour and reception.

Future dinners on schedule for the season will sample food from Philippe Reynaud of Ocean Reef, Dewey LoSasso of The Forge, and Giorgio Rapicavoli of Eating House — plus lots of other chef all-stars. The dinners will run every Sunday until April.

The evening kicks off at 5 p.m. at Paradise Farms with an appetizer reception followed by a farm tour and dinner at 6 p.m. Reservations are required; dinner is priced at $165.50 per person, which includes gratuity but not tax or processing. Check out the Paradise Farms website for more info.
