After months of speculation following the closure of Oasis Wynwood, the massive 35,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor venue has a new tenant. Throw Social Miami is officially open, marking the latest “eatertainment” outpost from the Ginger Brands and entrepreneur Ginger Flesher-Sonnier.
Flesher-Sonnier, a former math teacher turned “Entrepreneur of Fun,” built a multimillion-dollar empire with spots like Kick Axe Throwing and Escape Room Live. With locations in D.C. and Delray Beach, her first Miami outpost promises a mix of pink decor, bottomless brunch, games, cabanas, and more.

The venue has undergone a major renovation. The centerpiece is “The Villa,” a 275-seat indoor space with cherry blossoms and tropical-inspired decor. Inside is the Palm Room, a 55-guest enclave with its own private facilities, and the Indigo Garden, a secluded retreat with outdoor patio seating.
Outside, the courtyard has been upgraded with a motorized louvered pergola and ten luxury cabanas, each equipped with VIP and celebrity access. A stage features a 28-foot LED video wall, while the “Tower Bar,” made of constructed from shipping containers, features a mural designed by Flesher-Sonnier herself.
Mac & Cheese Boats and “Flamazing” Bites
The kitchen turns out indulgent, over-the-top fare. Appetizers – aka “Flamazing Appetizers” – range from jumbo coconut shrimp served with mango chutney to deep-fried sticky ribs tossed in soy BBQ. For those coming with a crowd, the “THRōW Tender Tower for Four” stacks 14 chicken tenders and fries, while the “THRōW Sampler” bundles coconut shrimp, wings, and mac and cheese bites.
Naturally, there’s an entire section dedicated to “Mac & Cheese Boats,” including a lobster version with white cheddar and Old Bay bread crumbs and the “Deep South” boat, which combines collard greens and a cornbread crumble with a four-cheese blend. Sandwiches like the smoked pulled pork sliders with pineapple jalapeño slaw and the “Adult Happy Meal” – aka a house burger and fries served in a pink box – round out the all-day offerings.

Breakfast THRōW-Downs
Brunch goes big here as well. The menu features decadent options like Bananas Foster stuffed French toast made with Hawaiian rolls and rum sauce, alongside the “Full Breakfast THRōW-Down,” which includes eggs, bacon, potatoes, and toast. Unique brunch entrees include a breakfast pizza topped with white pepper gravy and a peach jalapeño bruschetta with ricotta on toasted French bread.
To wash it down, THRōW Social offers bottomless mimosas and bellinis, alongside $12 Bloody Marys and shareable floral drink trees.

Shareable Decanters and “Skinny” Sips
The beverage program focuses on large-format, social drinks. “Sassy Shareables” arrive in eye-catching vessels, such as the “Caddyshack” golf cart decanter serving three or more guests, the “Vogue Stiletto” for wine, and a “Patrón Margarita Tree” that serves four. For a splurge, “The Force” galactic starship decanter comes with a full fifth of whiskey.
For those looking for something lighter, a dedicated “Skinny Cocktails” list features drinks made with organic low-glycemic agave, such as the spicy cucumber blueberry margarita.
The bar also offers a range of zero-proof mocktails using spirits like Aplós, including a mango mojito and a basil gimlet.
To keep the “competitive” part of the social aspect of their name alive, guests can play LED ping pong, corn hole, and shuffleboard, all available for free play. The venue remains family-friendly during the day and becomes a 21-and-over venue starting at 9 p.m. nightly.
