At this point, high-priced food concessions are a standard part of the Miami Open experience, but this year, the tournament is stepping up its game with a new $100 price point.
Local gourmet cheese and sandwich shop Chèvre has unveiled its most decadent menu item for the 2026 season: a $100 hot dog officially called the “Golden Glizzy.”

What’s In This Dog?!
The dish is a collaboration with Ficelle Bakery, which developed a custom croissant bun specifically to hold the weight of the luxury toppings.
It starts with an Australian Wagyu sausage, which is then layered with crème fraîche, an entire tin of Golden Goat Caviar, and a finishing sprinkle of 24-karat gold flakes.
Yes, this croissant bun and Wagyu-filled gourmet hot dog is covered in an entire tin of expensive caviar. Because Miami.
The Caviar Trend Hits Center Court
This isn’t the first time a tennis tournament has used caviar to turn a standard snack into a viral moment.
Over the last two years, the U.S. Open in New York saw massive lines for a $100 “Golden Nugget” box from Coqodaq (the fried chicken concept from the team behind Cote).
That dish set the template for the high-low luxury trend, showing that fans at major sporting events are willing to pay triple digits for an upscale version of stadium comfort food.

More Local Favorites Than Ever
This year’s Miami lineup is packed with other local names. New additions for 2026 include Monterrey street-style tacos from Tacos Atarantados and Cuban-American comfort food from Chug’s Diner.
Other newcomers include Café La Trova and Miami staple the Salty. Plus, even Cowy Burger is coming with its crispy-edged smashburgers that have quietly built a cult following.
Plus, fans are excited for Ophelia, the viral Coconut Grove bakery that’s bringing its cult-favorite pastries and specialty coffee to the stadium.

Returning Classics and Drinks
For those who prefer a sit-down experience, Zuma returns as the tournament’s only full-service restaurant inside the stadium. Other fan favorites like Miami Slice, OMAKAI Handroll Bar, and American Social are also back on campus this year.
The Golden Glizzy will be available exclusively at the Golden Goat Caviar Ventanita, located inside the Piper-Heidsieck Champagne Garden. The garden features lounge seating and cuvées intended to pair with the caviar, alongside champagne floats by Aubi & Ramsa.
Other drink stations include the Dobel Tequila Club, serving the “Ace Paloma” for its fourth year, and the Santa Margherita Rosé Giardino, an open-air wine garden.
