Overlooking the Intracoastal, Juniper on the Water (1975 S. Ocean Dr., Hallandale Beach) offers guests the option to eat in a bright, contemporary dining room or on the waterfront terrace. Celebrate Italian-style by ordering lobster linguine with asparagus, cherry tomatoes, and stracciatella for $15.

For National Lobster Day, try the lobster deviled eggs ($18), available at both locations. The classic dish is improved with a hearty serving of lobster atop each egg.

An order of four lobster corn dogs ($16) comes with a side of spicy honey mustard. This dish is on Rok:Brgr’s regular menu, so you can honor lobster year-round.

Jamaican-born Chef Teach traded his career in the music industry to deliver happiness in bowls of steaming, savory mac ‘n’ cheese. On National Lobster Day, the former manager of Pitbull doesn’t disappoint. Chef Teach’s lobster mac ‘n’ cheese ($8) is made with five cheeses, topped with a succulent lobster tail, covered with panko breadcrumbs, and melted into gooey goodness. His World Famous House of Mac is open from noon to 11 p.m.
