And the burgers keep on coming. May saw the opening of two new burger places and more are slated to begin operation this summer. Can we get a little variety here? The good news is there were a few welcome additions, such as Little Lotus, a small restaurant serving mostly Japanese tapas in downtown Miami, and Mi Vida, a great vegetarian cafe in the MiMo District.
