Lolita Cocina & Tequila Bar has closed. The restaurant bar, which was known for its selection of over 100 tequilas, border town bordello decor, and complimentary cotton candy, closed last week, after being in business in South of Fifth area of Miami Beach for less than six months.

Lolita, owned by cb5 Restaurant Group, has sister locations in Boston and Greenwich, Connecticut, and also owns Bongo’s and Tatu at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in addition to other out-of-state restaurants. A call to the restaurant group confirmed Lolita’s closing.
