A hip food festival has just announced its return to Bayfront Park next year with more than 25 restaurants, local performances, and Sofia Vergara as a speaker.

Created by the restaurant listing site Infatuation and presented by Chase Sapphire, the next Eeeeeatscon will take place February 8-9, 2025, in downtown Miami, and tickets are now on sale for $25 per day.

The foodie festival first hosted Miami residents and visitors in Miami back this past February after successfully launching in major cities such as Los Angeles in 2017, followed by New York City and Chicago. Last year, the festival gathered some of Miami’s hot spots, and in tune with the first iteration, each restaurant gets to keep all the profit made during the festival. This festival format ensures that attending the festival directly supports the restaurants – a move that sets it apart from the rest.

Confirmed restaurants for 2025 include Cowy Burger, Sweet Delights Bakery, Zitz Sum, Chug’s Diner, T’m T’m (in collaboration with Kuya Lord from Los Angeles), Mangrove and Jrk!, TOMA, Caffè Panna from New York City, Midorie, Ghee Indian Kitchen, Miami Slice, Oori Bakeshop, Pupusatime, 3LP Chi from Chicago, and Edan Bistro.

Since the event is presented by Chase Sapphire, cardmembers have access to complimentary beverages and exclusive bites within the Chase Sapphire Reserve Lounge. For the first time, Chase Sapphire Reserve cardholders also have the option to purchase an all-you-can-eat ticket.

During the festival, local foodies can also look forward to exclusive collaborations, including a collab between Community Goods from Los Angeles, Boia De, and its sister restaurant Walrus Rodeo, as well as a collaboration between Maty’s and chef Chabela Coss of Pascual from Washington, D.C., and chef Ana Castro of Acamaya from New Orleans.

Along with delicious bites, next year’s on-site entertainment lineup includes conversations with actress, producer, and entrepreneur Sofia Vergara, comedian Julio Torres, and contestants from MTV’s RuPaul’s Drag Race. More announcements are expected before February.
