Tons of humans tore through hundreds of thousands of portions of grub and massive amounts of alcohol, grape-based and otherwise. Celebrity chefs led cooking demos, signed books, worked events throughout the city, and reveled in their rock-star status. But the real stars of the show were the FIU students who made it all happen.
