At Cafe Barcelona, where Mondays are Saturdays, bartender, bar manager, co-owner, and guy who does everything, Beppe, says complimentary cocktails will be available Mondays from 10 p.m. to midnight.
How do they do it? “We got sponsors. Next Monday is Sagatiba Cachaca. We have complimentary caipirinhas. You know that? It’s from Brazil and it has ice, sugar, lime, and of course cachaca. It’s very nice, very refreshing. The Monday after that, we having VeeV. It’s with acai berry which has the most antioxidants. It’s very-very good fun and is becoming one of the best nights on The Beach for Monday… A hot spot for the local people in Miami. Everybody wanna have a place where they meet up. They like to save money, that’s why. Kitchen is open til 2 a.m. We serve Montaditos, traditional from Barcelona, it’s like an Italian Bruschetta.”
