Step into Barezzito, Miami’s newest late-night eatery and music venue — and South Beach screams from every neon-hued nook and cranny. The sleek new Collins Avenue outpost is offering up live music, specials every night of the week and Asian fusion cuisine with a Latin flair.

The new digs are the product of efforts by Mexico-based Grupo Impluza, owners of a whole host of successful venues in various Latin American countries. This is their first American effort, and they nailed the South Beach vibe. This week, Short Order was invited to sample their recently-launched menu. Pictures after the jump.

Upon entrance, you’re greeted by plush, brightly colored stools and couches, high-top tables and booming tunes. The vibe is hip, sexy and obviously nightlife-inspired. They were packed on a Tuesday night, proof positive that SoBe’s party scene runs 24/7/365.

With Rihanna, 50 Cent and Beyonce flashing on a wall projection, a DJ booth in the back corner and a stage mid-room, they joint is designed to get loud. And even on our relatively-early visit, the musical element of the Barezzito experience was very apparent.

The velvety stools and bright track lighting set the scene for the parade of equally sleek eats about to arrive.
