48. Spicy Tuna Roll at Shoji Sushi
Shoji Sushi is known for its gourmet Japanese fare and bountiful portions. So, it’s no surprise that their super-sized spicy tuna roll is literally overflowing with fresh fish. Inside the generous roll are slivers of pink tuna, avocado, sprouts and spicy mayo. Even more tuna is heaped on top of the inside-out roll. Plus, the rice is perfectly cooked, which makes for a firm, well-constructed roll. Shoji’s ample spicy tuna roll puts the competition’s punier versions to shame.
