New Year’s Eve La Mar by Gastón Acurio

Ascend to a higher level of celebration this new year with the best Peruvian flavors at La Mar by Gastón Acurio. The menu includes a premium seafood platter filled with king crab, oysters, shrimp, stone crab, pulpo al olivo, salsa, chalaca, and leche de tigre. For the main course, diners have the power; they are invited to indulge in their choice of entrée from a selection of seasonal specials created by executive chef Diego Oka. Additionally, guests will enjoy a buffet of live stations, including a seafood rice station, scallop station, and pan con chicharrón station, as well as signature ceviches, causas, sushi, salads, juicy anticuchos, fried whole fish, empanadas, and other traditional Peruvian cuisine. Desserts will be served sharing style. The first seating is from 6 to 8 p.m. at $210 per person with a bottle of prosecco per couple. Guests dining during the second seating from 9:30 p.m. to 1 a.m. have the choice of choosing the “Superior Dinner & Party,” $420 per person and $210 per person (ages 7-20), or the “Premium Dinner & Party,” $685 per person and $210 per person (ages 7-20).
